What we collect
When you submit an application or inquiry on this site, we collect what you enter: business name, commercial register number, VAT number, business type, city, number of branches, operating history, and monthly sales; the amount and term you ask for; the details of the solution, such as the lease and landlord or the supplier's quote; and contact details. We also record the time of submission, the browser type, and a hashed form of the network address to protect against automated submissions.
Why
To assess your application and contact you about it, to review eligibility, and to issue an offer if the conditions are met. We do not use the data for other purposes and we do not sell it.
Consent
By submitting the form you confirm the details are accurate and agree to their processing for these purposes. Your consent is stored with the submission time and the policy version in force.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure and accessed only by authorised Provio staff. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data through the contact form or by email at provio.co.sa@gmail.com.
